George Gervin Prep Academy2801 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85040 Construction Cost: $3,834,576 Project Awarded 2/2012, Project Completed 7/2012 The project was a 32,800 sf two-story classroom building and included classrooms, laboratories, administrative offices, conference rooms, locker rooms, a cafeteria and gymnasium. The structure is masonry construction with steel trusses and steel deck. The second floor is 4-inch concrete over steel deck. The project also includes outdoor basketball courts, landscaping and all associated utilities. The project was completed in 148 days and the classes opened on time on August 6, 2012.

Mountain Health & Wellness Center625 N Plaza Dr, Apache Junction, AZ 85212 Construction Cost: $4,281,234 Project Awarded 5/2010, Project Completed 3/2011 Partially funded by HUD, this 37,000 sf, 3-story complex provides the community with primary health care, wellness and behavioral services. the complex is situated on 7.3 acres and included administrative offices, conference rooms, training rooms, parking and site improvements as well as electrical, HVAC, mechanical work. The interior features polished terrazo-style, ground-colored concrete floors, office space, and a training room. To assist in reducing cooling costs, a fabric shade canopy system was installed on the south and west sides of the building. In addition, environmental and economic natural desert landscape was used. The project also included the installation of a new elevator.

Rhodes Jr. High School Aquatic CenterConstruction Cost: $6,183,989 Project Awarded 7/2008, Project Completed 8/2009 This project was a new 700,000 gallon pool consisting of competition swim lanes, diving areas, including two diving boards, a splash pad, zero depth entry pool and play area. Also included in the project was a standing wave feature called the FlowRider. It is the first of its kind in Arizona and is the major attraction of this facility. The pool subcontractor on this project was Shasta Industries. This project also included three new buildings and one building remodel totaling 42,000 sf.

Scottsdale Fire Station No. 27522 East Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85252 Construction Cost: $4,777,940 Project Awarded 7/2007, Project Completed 6/2008 This project is the first LEED® Platinum Certified Fire Station in the country. It is a new 14,318 sf, 2-story fire station. The building has three bays and sleeping quarters. The structure is masonry Trenwyth Block and oxidized steel construction. The floors are all black, ground concrete. The water on the site was retained from the roof and used for landscaping purposes. The building is extremely energy efficient due to the extensive use of natural light which has dramatically reduced the building’s electrical usage.

Scottsdale Locker/Shower FacilityConstruction Cost: $276,148 Project Awarded 9/1978, Project Completion: 3/1979 This new 4,000 sf Locker/Shower Facility was built by the City of Scottsdale for the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club. The building included locker rooms, shower facilities, fitness equipment, restrooms, and office areas. The building includes 8/8/16 split-face masonry construction, TJI wood trusses, built-up roof and cast in
place concrete floors. This original building is now the anchor known as Club SAR, which serves hundreds of clients for the City of Scottsdale. Although the building has been slightly renovated, the original structure still serves the entire community on a daily basis.
